Shipping policy
* We offer UPS, FedEx& USPS shipping service.
UPS is our preferred carrier, and all domestic orders are shipped by UPS. Unless you notify us. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee to ensure the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. Please notify us or leave a note on your order if you want to use FedEx or USPS.
You will be able to view the estimated shipping cost in the shopping cart before checking out. In some cases, Actual shipping charges may be slightly more or less than the estimated rate when you order online, depending on the declared value of the order. The Shipping charge will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost when the order is ready.


* Address Correction Fee & Return Shipping Charge
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. There will be an additional charge of $10 to your account if FedEx makes an address correction. If the order is returned to us, you will be charged 50% of the extra shipping fee imposed by FedEx & UPS.
*Shipping Time
Please note that we usually ship the items that are in stock within THREE to FIVE business days (in peak season) after receiving the order. (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Orders that specify Overnight delivery will arrive on or before the third business day from the order date.
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address.
The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes, customs will charge a fee, and other times, they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties, please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
*International Shipping
We will ship internationally under the following conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.
Processing of international orders takes longer. Please allow time for us to pack and weigh your order and estimate the postage & handling costs. We will e-mail this information to you before your order is processed and shipped. We must have confirmation of acceptance of shipping costs and policies before your order is finalized.
Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors, including a higher volume of mail, increased security concerns, and time to clear customs. There have been instances of parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. We have no control over the postal services and, therefore, cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we can place a claim with the US Post Office for a lost parcel. Under US Postal regulations, this is the earliest we can ask for a claim inquiry. It can take an additional 30 days for the Post Office to investigate.
Customs, Duty Tax, and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to customs, duty, or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country, and the consumer must obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. We will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
